The most recent Gastronomy event, featuring Chefs Victor Rodrigo and Carlos Medina, former contestants of the latest edition of Top Chef, has had glowing reviews. The two chefs graced Princesa Yaiza’s Isla de Lobos restaurant with their creative dishes including a starter of Korean Boki with Kimchi infused with strawberries and fresh pomegranate, a main of Canarian Rock Fish with black garlic and “Vino Rancio”, and lemon and lime slush with pine capsules for desert.
