London based property developers Galliard Homes has won planning permission to convert a former London Underground warehouse into a £50 million luxury residential development.
Carlow House in Camden will be built on the site of what was in the late 1800’s a bakery. It was redeveloped in the 1950’s after being damaged during second world bombing raids on the capital and in 1989 it was refurbished to create new offices.
The new luxury development will create 85 loft style 1 & 2 apartments that will feature a central glazed roof atrium over the community gardens.
Prices start at £500,000.
