Cannes Yachting Festival runs from September 9 – 14 2014. Previously known as the Festival de la Plaisance de Cannes it has been rebranded this year, its 37th edition.
This annual Cannes event is one of the world’s most prestigious yacht shows. It encompasses three exhibition areas, the ‘Vieux Port’, the ‘Port Pierre Canto’ and the “Palais des Festivals”, located at either end of the famous Croisette in Cannes. Over 580 yachts will be on display. Most boat and luxury yacht builders attend this event showcasing their products to the 50,000 visitors that visit the show.
Grabbing all the attention no doubt will be the superyacht Ocean Paradise by Benetti. At 55 meters long, it will not only be the longest but also the most imposing boat in Cannes this year.
