Last month, Alchemy Global was awarded a Transport For London (TfL) PHV Operator’s Licence, allowing the company to offer clients a prestigious Security Driver and VIP chauffeur service.
The licence is part of Alchemy Global’s ongoing expansion and follows a number of requests by clients asking for ground transportation in addition to the company’s other security services when visiting London.
The Security Driver and VIP chauffeur service will be split into two tiers, reflective of Alchemy’s business operations. Both will be delivered with unquestionable standards by a team of highly trained and skilled drivers with many years’ experience behind the wheel.
VIP chauffeur service
Tier one will be the VIP chauffeur service trading as Alchemy Chauffeurs and will focus its efforts on travellers who appreciate luxury, discretion and attention to detail, combined with a door-to-door service. Clients using this executive ground transportation service might be attending an award show, prestigious sporting event or corporate function. Likewise, it might be a business person with a series of meetings in London needing a driver who knows the city intimately.
Clients can book with them safe in the knowledge all vehicles are less than 3 years old, their drivers have excellent knowledge of London and will speak English fluently, with other languages available on request.
A second-tier service is available for at-risk clients, including ultra high net worth individuals, politicians and high profile corporate CEOs. Clients who need these higher security standards can be reassured that Alchemy Global drivers, many of them ex-military and ex London Metropolitan Police, have all the relevant academic and vocational experience. The security driver service will be delivered under the name of Alchemy Global. In addition to providing an unparalleled road experience, these drivers also have additional situational awareness and skillsets to ensure clients’ safety and peace of mind. Technical surveillance counter measure (TSCM) sweeps of vehicles are available as an additional service to ensure private conversations remain exactly that.
Their service flies in the face of current technology; it’s not about Uber, it’s not automated or about convenience. They aim to have a deeper understanding of their client’s business or personal environment and want to know who they are, what they do, where they’re going. Always conscious of a high level of customer care, the service is supported by a back-end cloud-based dispatch, driver and client ecosystem, which is security encrypted, branded and configured so they can track the position of drivers in real time.
